Return Policy for Unopened Items
At Printer Commerce, we value your satisfaction and want to make sure your shopping experience is as hassle-free as possible. If you have purchased an item and have not yet opened it, our return policy is designed to provide you with the flexibility you need.
Eligibility for Return:
- Only unopened items in their original packaging and in a resalable condition are eligible for return.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- Perishable or consumable items.
Return Process:
To return an unopened item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at Sales@printercommerce.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the unopened item in its original packaging, making sure it is well-protected for transit.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Refund Process:

Once we receive the unopened item in its original condition, we will inspect it.

If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
